Will elaborate later...there's a semi-entertaining story to follow.
Anyways, I was at A-Kon and saw her sketchbook on an vacant table with all the information and schedules asking for people to do a quick sketch on one of the pages. Having been surrounded by art all day, i was aching to draw something. I even took out my liner and maker so that i could make it look nice. So I sat down and got started on a little drawing but then people mistook me for someone who worked at the convention and started asking me questions; "where's the so-and-so room?" "When does this start?" and so forth. I kept going back for about five seconds at a time for about five minutes and trying to finish but eventually gave up on it and vowed to myself that I would go home and redo it and send it to her.
And here it is.
I tried to help as many people as I could but they eventually began to queue up to ask me things and it was getting pretty late. I should've tried to get more people to take my posters while I was there since there was a nice big stack of them on the table as well.
Looking at this story it doesn't seem that entertaining. I guess you had to see it.
UPDATE: Added the charmanderp, because it needed to be done.
I was tempted to do her legs, but the original design was cropped in a similar way so i didn't want to make any assumptions about 'em. Although, knowing what I know now, I can pretty much guess the rudimentary design.
oh..it's ok..usually, when we wanted the legs to appear cropped, it's put inside the border instead of coming out of the border..but since the original design is so...
